The Laureato timepiece combines a retro automotive style with futuristic mechanics and aesthetics. The green dial shading was achieved through tedious and repeated painting for a total of seven layers of Aston Martin green. The original is a collaboration between Aston Martin and Girard-Perregaux, The Tourbillon with Three Flying Brides, was inspired by a 19th-century vintage pocket watch called Three Bridges. The Tourbillon with Three Flying Bridges is also a limited edition watch and costs $146,000, as only 18 of these timepieces are available. Additionally, the strap of the Tourbillon with Three Flying Bridges timepiece emulates vintage Aston Martin cars through black leather and white gold on a rubber insert. The material of the case is a hypoallergenic alloy which allows for a lightweight design, prioritizing movement and agility.
